How do I become a member?
The
membership page should have everything you need to know to become one of our members! Make sure
to read up on the
rates information too.
What do I need to bring with me?
Most of the equipment you will need to prepare your food is right here at the kitchen.
We do ask that you bring your own ingredients, disposables, and food storage containers.
We also request that every once in a while you bring paper towels and garbage bags to
help keep costs low. We are a community kitchen, and everyone contributes!
What equipment do you have?
- Two convection ovens
- Two walk in refridgerators
- Walk in freezer
- Ten burner gas range
- Meat Slicer
- Ample prep space
- Various cooking utensils
- Several large pots - up to 80 quarts
- Diverse knives for your cooking and baking needs
- Mixing bowls
- Full and half sheet pans
- Many speed racks for drying or cooling
What are your rates?
We charge a monthly fee automatically to your credit card each month of $40.00.
This includes two hours of kitchen usage time. Each additional hour is billed at
only $20.00 per hour. If you do not use your allocated two hours per month, you may
accumulate your hours up to 12 hours. For example, if you do not use the kitchen for three months,
you are still billed the $40.00 per month to your credit card, but you now may use the kitchen
for up to six hours without any additional fees.
How do I obtain a health certificate?
If you're just preparing food for yourself or for your family and friends, you do not need a health certificate. If you plan
to sell the food you prepare here, then you are required to obtain one.
