About Us

We are a shared use, licensed facility. The 1400+ square foot kitchen has a 10-burner gas range, two convection ovens, walk-in freezer and refrigerator, and ample prep space with eight prep stations.

What hours are you open?
The kitchen will operate on a 24 hour, 7 day a week schedule accommodating the needs of an early morning baker as well as a part-time evening chef.
