About Us
We are a shared use, licensed facility. The 1400+ square foot kitchen has a 10-burner gas range, two convection ovens, walk-in freezer and refrigerator, and ample prep space with eight prep stations.

We now offer cooking classes! Chef Rocco Malgiero will be teaching Food Fundamentals I and Shockingly Simple Supper for a low affordable fee. Limited to ten students per class.
