About Us
We are a shared use, licensed facility. The 1400+ square foot kitchen has a 10-burner gas range, two convection ovens, walk-in freezer and refrigerator, and ample prep space with eight prep stations.

We have changed our payment structure for membership. Each member will now be billed $40/month which includes
two hours of usage. Additional hours will be billed at $20/hour.
