Would you like to rent out our kitchen? Please do the following:

1. Fill out the application packet online or print it out and email or fax it to us. To Apply online, click the "Apply Online" button below. If you do not want to apply online, download the packet here, then mail or fax it to us. *
2. Take the ServSafe test either online, or at a location convenient to you.
3. Call the Lancaster City Health Department. Speak with Kim Wissler at (717) 291-4714. Please be courteous and prompt with your meetings with the health officers. They keep us in business!
   • If you are cooking for friends and family, you will not need a health certificate.
   • If you are cooking for the general public, you will need a health certificate.
4. Pay a one time $50.00 membership fee
